⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ "An artisan bakery like no other: quality, hospitality, and expertise are all there" I've been going to this bakery for several months now, and I must say that every time I visit, I'm won over by the quality of the products, the warm welcome, and the authentic atmosphere. It's not just a place to buy bread; it's a true daily pleasure, a ritual I wouldn't miss for the world. --- 🥖 Exceptional bread, with an inimitable taste The bread here is simply fabulous. Baked on-site every day, it's always perfectly golden, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The traditional baguette is my favorite: it has that subtle sourdough flavor, a well-dimpled crumb, and a crust that sings when you break it. You can tell the flours are carefully selected, the fermentation is respected, and each loaf is the result of true artisanal expertise. Their range is very diverse: wholemeal, grain, corn, rye, einkorn, country, and rustic breads... There's something for everyone, and each variety has its own personality. And above all: it's still good the next day, which isn't always the case. --- 🥐 Viennese pastries and pastries worthy of the finest establishments It's impossible not to mention the pastries, which are a real treat. The croissant is light, just the right amount of butter, and perfectly flaky. The pain au chocolat is generous, with two melt-in-the-mouth bars. A special mention goes to the apple turnover, made with real homemade compote! And what about the pastries? Each cake is a work of art. I tasted their lemon meringue pie, their chocolate éclair, and their millefeuille: marvels of precision and flavor. Not too sweet, always balanced, with perfect textures. You can tell everything is homemade, without cheating, with quality products.

I just enjoyed an absolutely divine flan pâtissier. Being a fan of this delicacy, I was looking for a good place, and I found one!

In the bakery I have always been well received by the ladies, a beautiful bakery, croissants and other cakes, sandwiches and various drinks. Always a good welcome. I go often and I do not regret it. See you soon. William

I stopped by this bakery to pick up some snacks. I was really happy with my sandwich, and especially the pear crumble, it was delicious. I'd love to come back and see you again.

Bakery a stone's throw from the train station, a true artisan baker. It's a traditional bakery with real bread and excellent pastries. Even after 2 days, their bread remains good and soft. That's the difference compared to industrial bakeries and paying less. We recognize the know-how of this artisan.

I tried kebabs and American sandwiches sold without fries (yes...) for a change, no comparison, for the same price, healthier and better balanced products without feeling like a fool.
